Alternatively, you can contact Cheshire East Adult Social Care on 0300 123 5010. Outside their office hours this number is switched to the Cheshire East Emergency Duty Team, to arrange help if needed.

If you wish to become a Dementia Friend, please contact us to arrange a Dementia Friends Information Session. This can be face to face (taking about 45 minutes) or online via Zoom (30 minutes). Each session is interactive, where you can pick up the 5 key messages everyone should know about dementia, and commit to a dementia friendly action, which can be as simple as publicising your involvement.
